Biography

John Chu is the Founder and Chief Executive of the Centro Group of companies, including Centro Digital Pictures in Hong Kong. He is one of the most respected and leading figures in the advancement of landmark digital entertainment for the Asian and international markets.
As a young man, Chu's expertise and creative abilities were nutured and inspired through the guidance of his Shanghainese father, Mr. Yuk Hwa Chu, a pioneer in the development of the Chinese motion picture industry.
