Biography
 
  Originally named Huang Huang-Ji. In 1959 he won the Best Supporting Actor Award in the 1st Taiwanese Movie Awards. In 1964, Oyster Girl brought him the Golden Knight Awards for best upcoming actor. In 1965, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award in the Asian Film Festival with Beautiful Duckling. He won the Best Actors Award in the Taiwan Golden Horse Awards with Execution in Autumn. In 1973, Ou directed, produced, wrote and starred in The Big Raid. Unfortunately, he soon died afterwards due to kidney disease at the young age of 37. (DVD of Fallen Petals)
