Two Guo Xiaodong's seem to be the same person. Anyone confirm?

Definitely - I was about to post the same question. I also added the movie Summer Palace which he starred in. This article from today's news (first paragraph) seems to confirm as well:

I think Lei Hao's name is reversed, it should be HAO Lei 赫蕾.

I'm referring only to the English name, here.
If you look at the other names on that page, they are all listed in given name, family name order,e.g., Xiaodong Guo, Lin Cui, Ye Lou. In other words, it follows "imdb-order".
