I suspect Mang Gwan-Ha

are the same person. The princess in Bloody Parrot looks like Meng Chui to me.

I think you are right. It is for sure Kitty Meng Chui in "Two Wondrous Tigers" and only Mang Gwan-Ha is listed in the credits.
