Movie addition: UNCLASSIFIED FILE

Seeing John Wakefield (of all people) ID'd in another forum here suddenly made me remember another movie with him in it that does not appear in the database.

I no longer have the VCD, or the ability to post screen caps anyway, so here's the link to the movie at Yesasia, where Chan Ting-wai and Lam Ka-wah are credited as actors.

I don't recall this having subs, but the following English actors were billed in English and were jotted down when I watched it:
John Wakeman, David Kelly, Tracy Burns, Rambo Schalter, Ricky White, Michanne (one name only)

Perhaps someone else has seen this and can add more info...?

A shop I used to rent laserdiscs from (now long gone) had the LD. The release date was the early 1990s, probably 1993 (certainly not 2000, as the yesasia page claims). I can confirm that John Wakefield was credited along with the two other actors mentioned (and the two actors are listed).

We'll need some kind person to transliterate the Chinese title (I'm at work, and have no access to my big5 tools).
