Hui Yat-wa pingyu surname hu3 is missing

fixed that and Michael Hui (which I came across today and remembered that other error post)
Seems something went wrong with the character 許 which can not be searched in big 5 -
I checked for example some names which have same problems:

Yes. It's a transliteration bug with that character...

I will take care of updating all instances of these once the bug is fixed.
