I saw the film and only saw cheng miu in the movie and his credit.

I suspect Cheng sam in the database is actually cheng miu, as the last character look similar.

Can anyone confirm?

This can be confirmed in one of our Images, which list the cast and roles in chinese.

You are right. Removed Cheng Sam.
