2 problems here:

I only was able to check Lo Lieh was in the movie. So only added movie and star.

I cannot add cast and crew because they are new names in our Db and I need the chinese symbols of all of them.

It's a Korean/Hong Kong co-production. Most of the name are korean, one is japanese, and the others are american. So, you don't specially need chinese symbols for them.

You wrote that 1976 is an estimated year. It isn't. According to the website http://www.asiandb.com, the movie was released in South Korea on May 14, 1976. Plus this movie was screened last month at the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PIFAN) under the title International Police, and the catalogue's festival said the movie's year is 1976. They spelled the director's name Ko Young Nam (고영남)

In the 70s, all foreign names had their respective chinese symbols.

USA: Leslie Nielsen

Korea: Nam Chung Il

Japan: Shintaro Katsu

So I need the chinese symbols.

OK, understood. It'll be difficult to find all the chinese symbols of the DEADLY ROULETTE cast & crew. My VHS is from Hong Kong (distributed by Ocean Shores) but the credits in the movie are only in korean and english. I'll see if it's possible to ID some people through the korean symbols.
