I think you mistook this film with its remake "Red Butterfly the Heroine" (女俠紅蝴蝶, 1957)

Yes, you're right, Ng Keung should be credited for the 1957's movie. But I cannot find any trace of the former, so I think it could be an uncorrect entry. They've the same chinese characters and the same month / day release date. In the HK Filmography file and in the HK Filmography Vol. 2 book there're only 9 movies released in 1946, and no one shares the same english / chinese title of Heroine Named Red Butterfly, A. I suggest to merge the two entries keeping "Red Butterfly the Heroine" as main title and "Heroine Named Red Butterfly, A" as alias.

As you can see there's a third entry with the same chinese title but it seems to be correct.

I think the editor who put the info of the film from 1946 (only appeared one name in the cast, Ma Gam Lin) may mistook it with another version of heroine "Red Butterfly" (in english "Between the Suited and the Suitor") from 1949...
