Added all of them excepting Joe Chan (cinematographer). Yes, I know, surely is him, but one of his chinese characters does not coincide...
Better waiting for more clues.
And also the HKMDB does not have "Post-Production Manager").

I've added 'Joe' to the front of his name, so he is now listed as Joe Chan Jun Git in case he gets mixed up with another Joe Chan Kwong-Hung (also a cinematographer), and filled in some of his other missing credits.
