For me it looks more like a 魄.

These handwritten characters can be tricky sometimes, I couldn't find more information about this alias.

You are correct - this title is written as 奪魄風流刀. However 魂 and 魄 have the same meaning and it could be easy for a native Chinese writer to interchange them, and 魂 is more commonly used.
