I found two misspelling of big5 in the title. I want to fix it right away.宵 is wrong.沖 is a character with a slightly different meaning.

冲 is a variant of 沖. The meaning is to break in the ice. Or that sound. 冲 is a BIG5 character for 衝.
The meaning of 霄 is a big sky.
冲霄樓 is a tall building that breaks through the sky.
