ignore real titles to favour english translation?

Many times I came across that HKMDB ignores the English title provided by HKFA and uses english translation of the chinese title instead - http://ipac.hkfa.lcsd.gov.hk/ipac/cclib ... 1328128005 as an example

Strange - it works on my PC without problem. But still its easy to search even if it does not work...
