I'm thinking/guessing that someone translated Tong Nian (childhood , as a name) , e.g., A Mu Tongnian = A Mu, childhood ? Don't know about the last one , seems like a double / dual or mistake. Quick search couldn't find a cast list except for the major roles. Anyone?

Tongnian ?? means "as a child"
So they must be: A Mu as a child, Qing Qing as a child, Xiao Shang as a child etc.
Yi Sheng ?? means "Doctor"
Yi Sheng Jia ??? means "Doctor A" and Yi Sheng Yi ??? means "Doctor B"...
