These two chaps are both editors, one whose career is a subset of the other.
One's name is sometimes wrongly transliterated Ming rather than Wing.

According to HKFA they are different people. My suspect is that maybe they are brothers.

I also found Fan Kung Yee ???, who is also editor and producer! I am sure they are 3 brothers.
