Lots to ID here, there are some I think I know, but I'll let others take a shot first as I'm not 100% positive.

Couple more suggestions:

Image
Han Chiang (1)?

Image
Ng Tung-Kiu?

Image
Melvin Cheung Wan-Man?

Also, do you have any further explanation on William Lan Tin-Hung? Having trouble seeing that match, considering the only image for him is from 12 years before and he doesn't appear to have aged.

Agree with Han Chiang and did ID.

Ng Tung-Kiu is possible, but I'm not sure.

I not agree with Cheung Wan-Man, he could be that one:

The ID of Lan Tin-Hung is based (in addition to the similar appearance) on the size of the role, I don't know which other actor could be Lan Tin-Hung (the name is listed very prominent). Also another fan made with me the ID of Lan Tin-Hung in FORCED a few years ago after I made the hkmdb ID for Wu Kuo-Liang. But I'm open to other opinions and can for safety's sake remove the ID.

More images with a young looking Lan Tin-Hung:

I need to post some other shots of him - almost sure it's him

Agreed - way too small a part for a well known actor at that part. The guy in the hat is possible, I'll try and get another angle, although he was only in the film for about 8 sec.

Any chance it's this guy:

This image came up when searching for the Big5 of Lan Tin-Hung:

I can't read Chinese though, so not sure if he's ID'd as Lan Tin-Hung in that pic.

The actor on the black and white image is Tang Ching.

So here are a couple more shots of Ng Tung-Kiu

Here are a couple of slightly different angles on the possible Melvin Cheung - like I said though, the character is only in the film for ~10 seconds.
