Samuel Walls

Same vein as Teddy Wong, guys over at KFC forum identified Samuel Walls, actor from Enter Three Dragons [Dragon on Fire]. He's the African-American co-star. Unfortunately his ID was from a modern sexual assault charge, but besides that fact it looks like this is him. First shot is from the film, 2nd is mug shot. He also appears to be in Enter the Game of Death (3rd shot). I have not seen Enter Three Dragons, does he warrant having top billing enough to appear on the poster?

The guy on the 1st and on the 3rd shots definitely look the same
There is some resemblance between them and the guy on the 2nd shot, but it's hard to say, because the man on the 2nd shot is much older, tired, and it's obvious that he isn't happy about his position.

On the other hand, his nose, chin, head shape, cheeks - looks the same; moustache and eyebrows also look quite similar. It's just these tired eyes, that don't allow me to say for sure that it's him.

He would have been 20 in 1978 according to this, if it's him.
