You can say so, but if you want to be more accurate he is an undercover cop on the party, because all of the party guests except Nat Chan, Chin Siu Ho and Stanley Fung's wife were cops - it was a fake party.
But I guess "party guest" is OK

I'm not sure, but I think there was also Unknown 90s Actor (1) that was one of the party guests. The one that comes out from WC. But I'm not really familiar with that unknown guy, so I'll leave it to people who know.
