Well, I personally can say I knew the photogenic young Chinese American cutie in the photo with the red sweater & crossing her arms with the view of her wrist-watch. She's Daisy Yong who did media, advertising, modeling gigs & such during her time. Met her back in my college days (she also dated one of my buddies). She's listed as SF's title-holder under Crystal Kwok's court back in 87:

Back then, Daisy told me she spent a lot of time modeling over in Manhattan & got this part shooting a HK flick (never seen personally) but FYI, Daisy's better known for her appearance in Ridley Scott's 'Black Rain' in that film's karaoke bar sequence w/Kate Capshaw, Takakura Ken, Mike Douglas, Andy Garcia, etc. also cast as eye candy with many of her West Coast Chinese (incl. SF pageant & local newscaster Cynthia Gouw, another past acquaintance) & Japanese American pageant sisters down in Hollywood. I couldn't find a photo gallery for that year from the above link to compare here but can testify...trust me on this.

Wish I could add more. I highlight 'acquaintance' and ever a passing one. Now if I were ever to have been so lucky like my college buddy (pre-med ggrrrrh, that lucky bastage!) who did date Daisy to clock in some quality time, I could of really earned some bragging rights to even qualify as furnishing some inside dirt but alas my association's only a brief superficial one I'm afraid. What's stated above is public knowledge, no revelations beyond me being a starstruck fool. I do wonder what's she's doing now.

We can use some of what you've shared that gives enough information for the DB. Many of the bios are sometimes just a word or a short sentence. So, perhaps a DB-editor would like to add something like this..

Well there you go, you've just written it, so why not use it! To clarify, I don't have editing access to your data. Isn't it obvious by now after several years that I post here to alert those with the keys to the kingdom of my concerns & comments on these threads so that you guys do the actual editing for me anyway?
