ID: Swordsman with an Umbrella

Based on my recent track record of (mis)identifying actors these are uploaded with only character names--at least those I could get from the subtitles or from context--"Torturer with branding iron" for example. Otherwise no attempt to link the image with names in the cast list.

There are three pictures of "Saves Iron Umbrella"--the actress looks a bit different in each of them.
