I think this actor has been wrongly identified.

I added the portrait from "Blade of Fury". But I think the image of "White Lotus Cult" is not correct.

Zhao Chang-Jun is a very famous chinese martial arts master (I added a little bio) and you will find several images of Zhao in english and chinese in Google images. For example:

You are right. The "White" image is not correct. That is Zhao in "White":
