Biography

	Written a book entitled HONG KONG ACTION CINEMA, which chronicles nearly everything from the Peking Opera to kung fu to "heroic bloodshed" (bullet ballet). Studies the art of Hung Kuen (Hung Gar Kung Fu) under Sifu Mak Chi-Kong. He first trained in Hung Gar under Mark Houghton, later training under Jim Uglo and then Jesse Gooding.
