Reviewed by: jfierro Date: 12/21/1999 The life of career-driven Bowie (DoDo Cheng) is forever changedwhen her her orphaned niece (Gloria Yip) moves in. Soon, Bowie discovers the joys of love and family. But since that only takes an hour, a couple of extra melodramatic twists are thrown in at the end. Although there are some worthwhile moments (like DoDo's wicked right cross), this movie doesn't quite work as a comedy or as a tear-jerker.
