Summary: Pretty ordinary
Nothing much remarkable here. A light romantic comedy with very little spark and nothing much happening. Joey completists will want to watch this film, but shouldn't be in too much of a hurry. Though she looks quite good, and the photography is very well done, she isn't particularly given the glamour treatment, as she was given in many later films.
Reviewer Score: 3
Louis Kong never really took off as a male romantic lead, possibly because he only looks slightly less feminine than Joey !
On the plus side, this is a film with almost no violence, unless you count a half-hearted attempted rape near the end. There are a few nice moments, but oddly, they are between the older couple of Joey's mum and her art lecturer.
Not really my type of movie, but no classic regadless.
