It's one of those proving that 'White men can jump' films (that is to say of course white people can play basketball, so why should the chinese be considered to be to have less raw strength compared to westerners). Has some touching moments especially with the rich girl and also the girl who drops out. Watch out for the VCD cover trickery of showing various people who barely appear for a cameo.
