The Swift Knight

Summary: 8/10 - cut above average

A fine tale of court intrigue centring around the old 'illegitimate heir' motif, with Lo Lieh as a wandering vagabond calling himself Swift Knight, who gets involved in the adventure Han Solo style. The script is more complicated than it needs to be, but Cheng Chang Ho handles it well whilst overseeing a slick production with great art direction and cinematography, and Lau Kar Wing provides some entertaining action choreography. Definitely a cut above average for the genre and year.

Summary: Hmmm

For some reason, i felt this was better than the average SB movie!!
Lo Lieh is the SWIFt KNIGHT, a robin hood type character, who buys a prostitute but she is not who she seems to be and there are two other men trying to find her, shes a popular woman!!

Not to give too much away, the beggar is not really a begger and the false convey is not the real convey person!!

I am not sure why i liked this movie, it had a epic feel to it.
The acting is nothing fantastic, the action, well the different weapons was interesting, and teh story was something a little different.

Lo Lieh is one of my favorite actors, so that helped!! I cant really explain why i liked this, but the best thing to do is watch it for yourself............then maybe you can tell me!!
