I am sure we all heard of Tong Dik San - the very famous scriptwriter, screenwriter of Cantonese opera and the collaboration of him with Yam Kim Fei and Bak Shuet Seen. This was the last script that Tong writes before he dies of a heart attack at the young age of 42. Story is about Lee Wei Leung, a concubine of Gai Chee Do. She falls in love with scholar Pu Yu. She is killed by Gai because he was mad and jealous. Pu Yu on route meets up with Chiu Yung who looks just like Lee Wei Leung and falls for her because of resemblance. Pu Yu goes and visits Gai and finds out the woman whom he met at the bridge and in love with was killed. Lee comes back to life to warn Pu Yu that Gai wants him dead and it was also lee's chance to be reincarnated into Chiu Yung's body and come back to life. Chiu Yung dies so Lee can live. Gai gets arrested for his bad deeds. Pu Yu and his love live happily after. The songs is why you watch this movie. Both Nam Hung and Connie Chan Po Chu have done a wonderful job singing this classic opera Reviewer Score: 9
