Originally name Chang Fu-Mei. Won Best Newcomer Award in the Asian Film Festival for The White Rose of Hong Kong. Married frequent co-star Ko Chun-Hsiung in 1970. (Fallen Petals DVD). Divorced Ko in 2004.
