Yoga and the Kung-Fu Girl

A flexible fighter (Pheonix Chen) tries to help out her sifu when a local dai lo puts the squeeze on her school. A somewhat interesting gimmick that might make for a good movie, but Yoga and Kung Fu Girl is let down by an obvious, plodding script and haphazardly constructed fight scenes that don't even really take full advantage of Chen's flexibility. The movie doesn't even bother keeping and sense of historical accuracy; supposedly, it's set in the early 1900's, but one fighter in the movie wears a hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. This is the kind of cheap b-movie that gives old-school kung fu movies a bad name.

Summary: combination of body flexibility and kung fu

I highly recommend this film mainly because of phoenix chen she's extremely flexible this film is unique in some ways, other character in this film may not be the best when compared to other kung fu movies but still i recommend this film mainly because of phoenix chen her kung fu style is unique a combination of kung fu and contortionism.
