Summary: Pretty good

More comedy than action, i suprisingly enjoyed watching this. There were some quite funny parts and the action does not destroy the atmosphere of the movie by becoming too violent. It's a chance to see Nicky Wu and Takeshi fight over girls, but who is the one that will get the girls?. I found it quite funny that Takeshi kaneshiro was actually bad at picking up woman!!

Worth a viewing

Two young cops are sent undercover into a school to protect amainland official's daughter and try to break an international drug ring. Writer/director Chu Yin-Ping comes up with some implausible plot scenarios for the purpose of letting his two main stars, Takeshi Kaneshiro and Nicky Wu, run around, act goofy, and look good. And what's wrong with that? I had a good time watching these guys play off each other, and Charlie Young, just made the experience more enjoyable.

Three hot young stars in a kind of silly, kind of fun trifle. It's produced by Wong Jing, so you can expect the movie to exploit its cast (they're gorgeous, talented and popular: so just throw them into a silly movie) and exploit its audience (it takes your money, and gives some gunfight thrills, and wacky laughs). Takeshi Kaneshiro's Five Invincible Steps to Romance, enlivened by cute special effects, are amusing. And Nicky Wu is fun to watch. Much care seems to have been expended to get the actions scenes to look good: the rest felt a bit sloppy.
