Added two names to the cast, added action director and director.

I added Chan Chuen (2) as director because his chinese characters are shown in the credits, but I think the real director is Chan Chuen (1) using a different second chinese character. In my opinion we should add (1) as director and add the characters as alias to him. (1) worked often with Chin Yuet-Sang and is a director.
