Not if they called them by their Chinese names . . .

Perhaps the Engilsh names were adopted later, with a bit of a wink? Could happen.

Do we have a source for either 'George'? Our db also lists 'Hank' as an alias for the later.

I only looked at a couple entries, but I what I meant was connecting George + Lai Chi-Ping and George + Lai Hing-Lun. You've probably seen most of these films and they appear in the credits so I'll defer.

If they were brothers they'd likely have a common generational name, yes?
