DB Title Update: RED LIPS (1991)

Added most of the role names for this picture

but came across a couple of stumbling blocks. Producer Man Wa also appears in the movie, but he's the only person in the cast who doesn't have a photo in the DB. Also listed here as being in the cast is Wan Seung-lam, who I cannot find in the film after several attempts. His name is not in the opening or closing credits either. I have feeling someone added him because he bears a very, very, very faint resemblance to the guy who plays "Mabel's" father in the movie from certain angles (though not this one
):
Somehow, I have the sneaking suspicion that this guy is Man Wa. The movie is an overacted lecture about the evils of Hong Kong and how the place destroys the lives of innocent young girls, so who better to play the nagging (and ultimately correct) father of the female character who suffers the most than the guy who produced the movie?
I realize this is a big stretch, so I'm hoping someone might recognize the guy pictured here. Perhaps he really is Wan Seung-lam and I'm just not staring at the photo long enough, but this is the only major character I can't match to the cast list, and he's billed in the closing credits just two slots below Yum Yum Shaw, who plays this character's wife.
If this is Man Wa, then it's a safe bet we can remove Wan Seung-lam from the DB for this film.
