Two actors - possible merge? Hui Ho and Xu Kei

There names are the same in Chinese, and their credits overlap nicely. Just wondering. I was actually looking for letters for another name and stumbled across these two:

Hui Ho:

I'm not much good with these older movies, but if this is a merge, should the mandarin pronunciation be the main name in the DB entry due to the era of these movies, or would Cantonese be more appropriate?
