According to HK Cinema, they are the same person.
In the movie, I saw Ai Wai as Ah Yuen (Commissioner Tin's servant)
Cd anyone comfirm if they are the same person and update?

Ai Wai is famous supporting actor on TV. His DB entry:

Aliases: Wilson Tsui Wai-Shun
According to his alias it is possible that he is Chui Wai San.
William, can you please post screencap of him from Justice my foot?

Screen cap not possible. Still using VCR. Computer lietracy has not reach that level.
Maybe someone can scrrencap the scene where AH Yuen and Ah Chuen is nake in bed. They wore beards but is still recognisable.
