Chui Tai Ping's name in Pinying is not Tu2 Tai4 Ping2 but Yu2 Tai4 Ping2.

I asking me a long time why Chui Chung-Hei

is called "Hei". His last chinese character is "Chiu" not "Hei". Should we change that?
