There's no rating for this movie in DB, but which one would we choose? The old II or the newer III-rating?

I believe some older films were re-rated because of their triad-related content. Others here can no doubt clarify if other content was a factor.
This brings up an interesting point, though: for the sake of completeness, perhaps we should at least mention both ratings—what it is, and what it used to be—just so users will have some idea that a particular film underwent reconsideration. Of course, it the reforms were sweeping, it might just be more headache than it's worth.
