Remake king Tony Leung strikes again, only this time I can't figure out what he's remade. The story has gardiner Gabriel Harrison taking a gig at a creepy mansion where the bitter old head of the serving staff is convinced that the lady of the house—who has disappeared and is believed to be haunting the place—was killed by her wealthy husband (Andrew Lin), who's recently taken up with new girlfriend Nicola Cheung. Sound familiar? I KNOW it's a remake of something, as many Tony Leung productions tend to be, because the script is simply too clever for this budget level and the production values too "clean." I seem to have vague recollections of the original, but I'll be damned if I can remember it...
