I won't preclude the possibility which he's once called that, but I'm more convinced he is officially "Lan Chi Pak". Based on the name of the school which his son established in the memorial of him -- Yan Chai Hospital Lan Chi Pak Memorial Secondary School and also this infomation from Film Programmes Office.
