This appears to be the same film as the Golden Harvest doc they placed on the Region 1 DVDs, the one with tons of Western actors.

My brother owns a copy of "Bruce Lee - The Legend" from Megastar from a few years ago which I orginally estimated came out in 1978, and I think is the same. I couldn't find a copy at YesAsia but there are titles from Widesight and Universe who seems to be the same.

In any case, more can be done to fill out the cast/director of this title.
