I even have my doubts this movie exists.

The director's name also looks suspicious. I think it is the same as the northeastern Chinese province Heilongjiang and also a mainland DVD distributor.

Just my 2 cents but it reads more like a Chinese tagline taken from film publicity aimed for the trenchcoat crowd rather than a true title; i.e...CHILLS! SPILLS! A cast of thousands, SEE 99 sexual positions! I think you get the picture.

I Google the title & it gives nothing but box office records. Seems like it's doing not bad -- $312,362.00 which I think is much more than most of the local movies nowadays with more famous casts.

If there are Office Box Records the movie existed. So I will not touch it. Added romanization as English title.
