Three years ago, the police in order to crush the growing arrogance of
the mob was willing to pay any price as it arranged for over 1,000
undercover detectives to get into the mob. The top gang Hung Hing
Society has become the target. After years of service in the fight
against organized crime, Wai Ding Bong is named the chief commander and
swears to eradicate Hung Hing Society.
Known as Old Master, "Dragon Head" may be up in age but deeply
understands the ways of management. His woman Sophie has always spoken
for Old Master and plays the role of balance in each aspect of the
organization's benefits. Wa Chiu operates all illegal gambling and
loan activites, which has brought Old Master ample benefits and steady
revenue; the sights and sounds of Lai Gai Cheung's sex shops mostly have
become one of the tourist attraction promotion; Chung Hau Lai supplies
drugs everywhere, which he feels is the smartest.
Wai Ding Bong as the operation chief commander knows that the evidence
that the undercover detectives have collected can only create nuisance
for these "bosses". To truly eradicate Hung Hing Society's power,
someone inside has to become a willing witness; Lai Gai Cheung is Wai
Ding Bong's target. To achieve the gaol, Wai Ding Bong knows he has to
carefully plan each step.
