This movie's year of production is 1993, not 1994,

I haven't added this kind of info so much before when it's unaviable, if it's useful I can do that when I know about it:

language: cantonese

rating: II

Is the language info to be added the original language or also including possible dubs?

The database goes by "Year Of (First) Release" rather than year of production/copyright, so there's very often a discrepancy between what's on the film print and what we have here. I do sometimes think that it would be better to file under the year of copyright, but then other times I don't :-p

"Language" should be the spoken language(s) in the original release in the film's home territory, not any dubs made later or for other territories.

Thanks! I agree and understand what sort of information the database needs now regarding year and language. So in this case, Give and Take will have to be added both cantonese and mandarin language to the language-info. And the year of production VS year of release-theory can be left alone this time of course :)

Added Cantonese as language... is Mandarin spoken on the "Cantonese" track, or is it a separate language track on the DVD? If the latter, I'd say it was made for export markets and therefore should not be included.

It's a seperate track and no mandarin is spoken on the cantonese version.
