I see from the review of "Three" that "Three: Going Home" is a vignette within "Three."
Should it have a seperate entry? My vote is to keep them all within the "Three" movie and indicate in the cast listing who plays in which scene. A movie similar to this is the Jimmy Wang Yu vehicle, The Gallant:
