Shot on video cheapy... might be made for TV, but it's in widescreen which is still uncommon for HK tv, so I think it's just a low budget film... Fan Siu-Wong does seem to be the low budget king these days!

Oh, the Tai Seng DVD case says "(c) 2003 My Way Film Co", btw, but I don't see any of the usual My Way suspects in the cast... though I watched most of the film at 32x, because though the dvd box says "Chinese + English" subtitles, it's only half correct

The cover of the DVD seems wrong. Tan Wei-Cheng was not the director of this movie, but Red Bull.

Also Tai Seng did not produce this movie.
