Roller Blade Killer (1999?) not in db + credits

This movie called Roller Blade Killer seems to be missing in db. It is released as vcd by Jumbo Plane and on vhs by tai seng. It is said it is being released 1998.

What to do with the rating? (It is rated II on the vcd.) The ending-credits I have forgot about, so I capture them now..

The names were written "in Taiwanese".

The romanized names you see in these credits are written in a rather infrequently used form of Mandarin romanization called "Gwoyeu Romatzyh." It has nothing whatsoever to do with "Taiwanese."
