Three Famous Constables title reversed?

Regarding "Three Famous Constables" at
http://www.hkmdb.com/db/movies/view.mht ... ay_set=eng
looking at the Taiwan DB entry at
http://cinema.nccu.edu.tw/cinemaV2/film ... tm?SID=174
it looks like the Chinese film title in the HKMDB is reversed.

If nobody objects, I will reverse the HKMDB title to match the Taiwan DB title.

A search with google with the Taiwan Db title gives 8 results.
A search with the same title reversed 0.

三大名捕會京師 makes more sense as it = 3 famous cops meeting in the capital

But the search results indicate the director is 張鵬翼 not 張信義 in our db

(corrected) On the video copy that I have, Cheung Paang Yik is credited as director, at the very end of the film, which matches the Taiwan DB. So I have changed the director credit.
