Bill Tung Piu passes away

Not sure if we're into adding dates of passing into actor bios, but Bill Tung Piu is no longer with us.

He died February 22 at 73.

His bio entry doesn't have a birth date, though, so I'll leave it up to others if they figure the info is relevant for inclusion.
