Fifth tone in pinyin

Mandarin: Fang1 Ren2 Zi5

As far as I know, there's no fifth tone in pinyin.

There is not a 5th tone per se, but there is a lack of a tone. The 5 in the pinyin transliteration indicates a lack of tone. Either a 5, or the lack of a number indicate the same thing.
