There's enough info to add the movie to the Db (title and year), but for more info, here's my reading :

Director : Ng Wa

Actors :
Wong Lan? Fung
Yuen Ga? Fan?

Unable to lookup Ng Wa (big5 codes not avail to me atm).
No trace of either actor.

No chance of a higher resolution scan ?
